How do I book a trainer?
Choose a sport or coach, then open Book Now. Select an available session to book and pay in your account, or send a request for a preferred coach or venue. Requests are confirmed by the team.
Can I choose a male or female trainer?
Yes. You can filter by trainer gender at any point. We have many female coaches for ladies-only and kids sessions across the UAE.
Do you provide kids swimming classes?
Absolutely. We offer toddler, kids and teen swimming lessons — private or group — at pools near you or in your community, with patient, child-friendly coaches.
Can trainers come to my home?
Yes. Many of our trainers offer at-home sessions in your villa, apartment building gym, community or nearby facility. Just choose 'At Home' when you search.
