Training options for kids, adults and groups
Choose a format around the people taking part, the activity and the place you can train. Explore the options below, then check current service listings or send your requirements. A format describes what you can request; the provider must confirm the actual coach, venue and session.
Choose your preferences. Confirm the coach, venue and session before booking.
Kids and younger learners
Include an age range, previous experience and the goal for each child. Ask about the programme’s accepted ages, how abilities are assessed and parent attendance or collection rules. A general kids class does not establish toddler suitability or make the same lesson appropriate for siblings at different levels.
Adults starting or returning to training
Explain your current experience in ordinary language and the routine you want to build. Ask how the coach establishes a starting point and how progress is reviewed. A single session can help clarify the proposed service, while a regular programme needs a schedule and setting you can maintain.
Private coaching or a group
One-to-one sessions provide an agreed amount of individual coaching time. Groups need compatible experience, participant numbers and shared attendance. Compare what the quote includes and how feedback works. Friends asking to train together should provide everyone’s starting level rather than assuming a single programme will suit them all.
Women and instructor preferences
If you prefer a female instructor, include this in your request. If you also require a women-only or private setting, explain it separately: instructor gender does not determine who can use the venue. Ask for the actual access and privacy arrangements before accepting a proposed session.
Family sessions
Tell us how many people want to participate, their age ranges and their experience in the chosen sport. A family lesson needs a format the coach considers suitable for those learners. Confirm which family members are included, the venue requirements and the full charge before adding participants to a booking.
At-home or community training
Explain the available space, equipment and permission for an outside instructor. A residential pool, gym or court may have access and coaching rules separate from a resident’s own use. The provider needs to confirm that the location works for the chosen activity; an at-home request is not a guarantee that every sport can be taught there.
Corporate and workplace requests
Share the activity, approximate participant count, preferred dates and whether you have a permitted venue. Explain whether you want a one-off session or a recurring programme. Ask how the group will be organised, what equipment and access are needed, and how the quotation covers the actual scope.
Choose a current service or send an enquiry
Use the live service catalogue for published training options, prices and sessions. Where none matches, include the sport, city, neighbourhood, learner needs and possible times in your request. The team can review it, but an enquiry does not reserve a coach, group place or venue. Review the specific booking confirmation and terms before attending.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Your questions, answered
Can I choose any training format for any sport?
You can explain your preferred format, but the provider must confirm that the activity, learners, equipment and setting are suitable. Availability is checked for the specific service or request.
Does a female instructor request mean a women-only venue?
No. A female coach and a women-only setting are different requirements. State both if needed and ask the provider to confirm the venue arrangements.
What if there is no suitable service to book?
Send your sport, location, learner requirements and possible dates in an enquiry. The team can review the request; it becomes a booking only when the particular arrangement is confirmed.
